You register each person attending, youth and adults, with a $100 deposit. After that:

• Adding people: You can add youth and adults at any time, as long as your week has space.
• First payment: 50% of your balance is due January 29, 2027.
• Final payment: Your full balance is due April 22, 2027. Once your final payment is in, your unit’s account opens for merit badge registration, so a late payment means a later start on picking classes.
• Dropping people: Call the camp office at 719-219-2916. Under the 2027 refund policy, payments already made for that person stay with your unit and count toward your balance. You can also swap in another camper from your unit at no charge any time before your session.
• After April 22, 2027: Refunds are considered only for a new medical condition, military deployment, or a death in the family, with documentation. See the refund policy.

Any balance still open when you arrive has to be paid at the Camp Office during check-in.
