A summer on staff at Camp Alexander is more than a job or a volunteer opportunity. It’s a chance to become part of a team, make lifelong friends, and help create the experiences that Scouts remember for years.

Whether you grew up coming to Camp Alexander or this will be your first summer at camp, there’s a place for you here. Staff members work together, learn together, and support one another while developing real-world skills in leadership, communication, teaching, problem solving, teamwork, and responsibility.

You’ll work hard. You’ll probably get dirty. You’ll have some long days. But you’ll also share campfires, inside jokes, traditions, and experiences with people who quickly become much more than coworkers.

Ages 14-15?  Start with Staff in Training
