Yes. First Class Center classes meet in the same four daytime sessions as merit badges, so a Scout can mix them. A Scout can also take both the Tenderfoot and Second Class class and the First Class class. Tenderfoot and Second Class is a double session, so a Scout taking both rank classes still has one session left for a merit badge. See the First Class Center sessions.
