Kandle Dining runs our dining hall. Before camp, fill out their Special Diet Request form, one for each person who needs an accommodation. We’ll add the link to the form here once it’s available, and it’s also in the Camp Guide as a link and QR code.

Send it in as early as you can so the kitchen can plan for your week. Kandle works out each special diet with you directly. Questions about it go to the Kandle team at nutrition@kandledining.com.

Nut allergies: the dining hall isn’t nut-free. A Scout with a severe allergy needs a Contract to Carry and a Permission for Medication Administration form for their EpiPen, and keeps the EpiPen with them at all times.

List any food allergies on the Scout’s health forms in CampDoc too, so the Med Lodge knows about them.
