Upload two items under Whole Unit forms in CampDoc:

• The signed Swim Classification Record
• A copy of the tester’s certification

The tester’s certification must be current as of the test date. Accepted certifications are:

• BSA Aquatics Instructor
• BSA Swimming and Water Rescue
• Lifeguard or swim instructor certification from the American Red Cross, YMCA, or Ellis & Associates
