Half of your total is due January 29, 2027, and the full balance is due April 22, 2027. Under the 2027 refund policy, payments for a participant who withdraws before April 22 stay with your unit and count toward its balance, and you can swap in another participant from your unit at no charge. After April 22, refunds are considered only for a new medical condition, military deployment, or a death in the family, with documentation, and each approved refund is reduced by a $100 per-camper cancellation fee.
