All paperwork for youth and adults has to be uploaded to CampDoc at least 14 days before your week starts. Because Colorado licenses youth camps as childcare facilities, our team reviews everything ahead of time, and Scouts without a complete, signed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record can’t be admitted.

Bring a paper copy of your unit’s paperwork anyway, and keep it with your leaders, not packed in the trailer. You’ll need it on the drive to and from camp if anyone needs medical care on the road. Having a physical copy available also helps if there’s a problem with anyone’s CampDoc profile when you arrive. The leaders who handle your forms and medications will meet with the Med Lodge on Sunday.
