About the badges
Automotive Maintenance
Automotive Maintenance introduces the fundamentals of vehicle care and safety. Scouts learn how cars work, explore systems like the engine, brakes, and tires, and practice basic maintenance such as checking fluids and changing a tire.
Traffic Safety
Scouts learn what keeps roads safe for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians, and how good habits and well-maintained vehicles help prevent crashes.
Signing up
Your unit leader registers each Scout for classes in MyCouncil when your week's registration opens in late April. Classes fill up, so list a second and third choice for each session.
