Getting ready
Do at home
Requirements 2a–c, 9*. These can't be done at camp. The Scout finishes them with a merit badge counselor in your council, before or after camp. Camp records everything the Scout completes here.
* May not be possible to complete this summer.
Read the Emergency Preparedness merit badge requirements on scouting.org.
Signing up
Your unit leader registers each Scout for classes in MyCouncil when your week's registration opens in late April. Classes fill up, so list a second and third choice for each session.
